Medical Assistant Program

Welcome to Kendera Medical Academy, where we train and empower students to excel in healthcare careers.

Kendera Medical Academy

There is a growing need for skilled healthcare professionals in the United States. According to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of medical assistants is expected to grow 35 percent from 2016 to 2026, much faster than the average for all occupations in the health services area. As the health care industry expands because of technological advances in medicine and the growth and aging of the population, there will be an increased need for all health care workers. Increasing use of medical assistants in the rapidly growing health care industry will further stimulate job growth.

Helping to drive job growth is the increasing number of group practices, clinics, and other health care facilities that need a high proportion of support personnel, particularly medical assistants who can handle both administrative and clinical duties.

Our commitment to you is to provide exceptional education and training to prepare you immediately for the workplace.

By pursuing careers in healthcare, Kendera Medical Academy students are not only helping to improve their own lives, but they are also helping to improve the lives of others.

I look forward to working with each one of you as you embark on this journey.

Best Regards,

Ada Okwara, MD, MBA
